All I need to know about this episode is that Fraser saves Ray from drowning. That is sufficiently happy-making that I'm good to go with everything else. That we also get two to*different* sequences of Fraser in uniform but all unbuttoned, Fraser completely manipulating Ray into helping, and Fraser being flustered by the advances of two women is just icing on the cake.
I also rather like Lenny, the kid they're helping, and Fraser's dedication to helping the people of his neighborhood.
