I don't know yet. I'll probably make one or two for each month, but don't know if I'll post them all at once or just a few days before the start of a new month.
Glad you liked at least one of them. I think that's one of the cool parts about calendar making. You can try different things to see what works. I like them both, but then I'm partial.
I use a simple program, Picture It!. I can't seem to get the hang of Photoshop and Print Master and Hallmark are too hard to use when you try to import your own pictures. Picture It! is pretty straight forward so far and by far the easiest. I also use it for all my icon making, too.
Oh, lovely!!! I've already saved and printed it off. I love the pic, and also, the fact that you've made the calendar itself calendar-sized. Some of the ones with the large pic and the tiny calendar, I actually have to take them off my wall to read the dates, lol.
Could you do me a favor and edit your subject line to indicate that the graphic is F/K? Thanks so much. (Do you know now if you're going to do all the months, should you do more, as F/K, or will you be using other pics so it's more of a general DS calendar? I ask only so I know how to tag it so all your calendar [and again, should you do more *g*] graphics go together. Thanks.)
Thanks. Glad you liked it. I like to be able to see the calendar, too, so I tried to make it practical for myself.

Already done.
As to the other questions, I'm not sure. I'll probably make a calendar for each month, but whether it's gen or not, I don't know. I'm a F/K person, so I won't be doing any Vecchio, but I might do some Fraser, Dief, or RayK ones individually, so you might consider those general.
This is my first run at calendar making, so it'll just depend on a number of variables.
