So I happened to catch part of an episode and it got me hooked, and then the channel they were showing it on isn't showing it anymore. Frustrating to say the least.

Anyway, I'm looking for some good fic recs to tide me over until the DVD I ordered arrives. XD

Pretty much anything Fraser/Kowalski you've read and liked; any rating. And angst is fine, as long as there's no character death, because I'm a total sap and generally end up crying at it. Lol.

So please, rec away!

Btw, if you are in Britain and have Sky, cable or freeview, Due South is on every weekday night at 7pm and repeated the next day at 3.20pm on ITV3. It should only be a few weeks before they get to the Kowalski episodes again ^_^!

I too am totally in love with the Tenth Doctor (and David Tennant in general as it seems - Yay Casanova!). In fact I've pretty much loved all of this latest series. XD

I can't wait till Ten meets Captain Jack ^_~!
That will be my Favourite Episode EVER. Hopefully Jack will randomly be wearing his RAF stuff again too. I know it's probably a vain hope, but still.

You should try The Archive at http://www.squidge.org/dsa. They have a search engine that will let you search for the pairings you like (F/RayK), exclude the ones you don't (F/RayV, for example). It will also let you exclude categories you aren't interested in, like death stories.

Apologies if the links don't work, I'm new at LJ.
Firstly bethbethbeth has a huge recs page with a whopping load of Due South recs (her own fic is pretty good too). Also aukestrel has written some amazing Due South stuff. Her website is passworded but you can get most of her stuff at the Squidge archive (mentioned above) or at www.dueslash.com. (Which has it's own Fraser/Kowalski section.)
Try checking ds_noticeboard every few days as new fics are being announced all the time. Also check the history as this question has been asked there before and a load of people replied and some people have made random recommendations of fic.
ds_weekly has a section for all the fic posted in the past week with pairings and ratings included. It's very new and there's no quality control but it's worth checking out regularly. (The mod attempts to update every week)
ds_flashfiction issues regular challenges and the responses are always pretty phenomenal (and heavily biased towards the F/K paring). All the previous challenge responses are stored in the memories - categorized by challenge.
Finally ds_recs is now defunct but has a rec day for a year, so you can scroll through to see what you like.

Damn ds_recs is still going and recs fics, pics, vids, episodes, characters and basically everything else as well. ds_flashback is what I was talking about. But both are good for what you're looking for. (ds_recs is just less specific, you need to search for the fic bits)

I think the best of these is Family Portrait. It is brilliantly written. As is true North. They are two of my absolute favourite Due South fics.
