I watched this episode with
sassyinkpen yesterday (actually we watched both parts of VS), because I couldn't face this episode alone.
I'm watching it again today to take the notes and screencaps. Or I will be as soon as I stop stalling.
::deep breath::
Don't expect a lot of in-depth commentary. Lots of meeps and wibbles though. Probably even some chin quivers.
::deep breath::
I really do need to grit my teeth and push the play button, don't I?
Okay....
After-watching note: Increased exposure doesn't make that any easier to watch, but it does make it clear how impressively well done it was, because there's some *gorgeous* foreshadowing there, just wonderful.
I'd like to keep the discussion this week to this week's episode, we can discuss the whole thing next week. I'm trying to keep my angst and anguish in manageable bites.
Crazy numbers of screencaps. Both Fraser and Ray are just *spectacular* looking in this and taking screencaps keeps me from thinking about what's going on. If you have trouble getting them, please let me know and I'll give you the direct URL to the gallery.
spikedluv has a collection of Quotes from Victoria's Secret, part 1 over at her LJ. Go check them out, she got some wonderful examples of both the humor in this episode and some of the wrenchingly difficult stuff.
(Notes on watching Victoria's Secret, Part 1 (with a crazy number of screencaps) over at my place)
